I also had the distinct impression that the people writing some of the sections didn't understand the material themselves. They have a captive audience (there are only so many sources available unless we want to read all 50+ books that NCARB references in their guide - not exactly a practical option when you work full time as well, which most candidates do), but that shouldn't be an excuse to skimp on quality control. Especially when quality control is one of the topics covered in the book.If you are wondering why I have read it so many times despite the bad review, it is because there really aren't any worthwhile resources available for these exams and we unfortunately just have to make do.
